I am the exclusive Baker to Duplin Winery in Rose Hill, NC. I was also the preferred baker for David's Bridal in . Raleigh NC for almost 3 years. I don't overbook myself so that I can always give each client my personal attention to every detail. I was a juried artist prior to designing and creating wonders in cake and buttercream! Each bride designs their custom cake with me, so that they never have someone else's wedding cake. I take their ideas and things they like from multiple cakes and create one just for them. I never duplicate cakes. I can be reached almost at all hours as you never know with big events when things are going to change or you remember something you forgot😊

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I contact customer be after they ask for information, I never allow a customer to just set a date. I want to get to know them and what they are looking for before a tasting is scheduled.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a juried artist for many years prior to becoming a baker and cake designer. I have over 13 years in the business.
