What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Discuss what the client wants to achieve and how I feel it should be done while we work out the details. We can talk or meet as often as necessary to work out the details. I like to work with what the customer wants and my vision and we go back and forth so we end up getting something better than either of us
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I had classes in photography and film making in college. I worked with Photoshop before Photoshop was invented. I know what good photos look like and if I am not getting great photos I stick with it till they look great.

Photography-$55 an hour (Includes Photshop on some Images)
Video Shoot-$125 an hour
Editing Video-$80 an hour

As a side job while working for a large publication company.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Meet the person and see if your personalities match. If you match up, you should end up with a great end product.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What do you want when we are done? Do a little research find examples of what you want and talk about those samples with your photographer and see if you can achieve something like that.
