Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I require the session fee to be paid upon booking, or a payment plan established that will have the session fee paid in full before the session date. Upon completion of the photoshoot, I give a 2-6 week turnaround for the edited images to be delivered to my clients, depending on how many images they are promised. Any final payments due must be paid in full before the final gallery will be released.
