I worked in various restaurants and then decided to formalize my training and went into the US Army to culinary school. While enlisted in the Army I moonlighted at various hotels and restaurants working as a Sous Chef. After being honorably discharged from The Army I worked in a few more franchise-owned restaurants until I decided to launch our company.

Celebrities, corporations, churches, non-profits, families, sports teams, athletes

One of my clients hosted a small dinner party with some of their friends and the event went off without a hitch providing them with some of their favorite entrees and a night to remember because of the ambiance and perfect execution of all 4 courses.

Always check references via Google and only work with people who are professional and honest throughout the process of getting your event proposal to the execution.
