Great BBQ !! Brisket is awesome, tender and juicy, great smokey flavor. Never had a bad meal, Dave and company work very hard and are dedicated to make sure food and service are consistently the best !! Give them a shot, you won’t be disappointed !!!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With a new customer we will build up a estimate through phone or email, and require a 50% non refundable deposit to save the date.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Our catering starts off at 12.50 per person depending on menu selection.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure the person is licensed and insured as I am.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Make sure the Vendor will supply enough food for each guest. We give 1/2 lb per person to ensure nobody leaves the event unsatisfied and hungry.
