Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to schedule a phone call with a new customer to get a feel for their desired menu and budget. Afterwards we send them a proposal based on which menu selections we discussed. From there, we take care of bringing delicious food and great service to the event.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.S. in Marketing from Penn State along with 15 years of owning a catering business.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
For our food trucks we typically charge $12.99 for single serve plus a 20% catering fee or $23.99 for unlimited plus and a 20% catering fee depending on which plans suits you best. For catering we have packages starting as low $14.99 per person all the way up to $250 per person.
How did you get started in this business?
What types of customers have you worked with?
All types - corporate and residential.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We cater large events for 100+ people several times a day. One of our new customers has us coming back weekly with 3 food trucks to provide a happy hour to welcome their staff back to the office.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
There's alot of inexperienced food truck operators and caterers out there. If you want a reputable and reliable service that has a huge state of the art commissary dedicated to catering events on all scales day in and day out then look no further.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What is your payment policy? We ask for 20% down to reserve the date and full payment 10 days ahead of time.
What happens if the truck breaks down? We tow it or have 9 other trucks to send out instead.
