I am a Haitian-American caterer that offers a fusion cuisine. My catering company is named after my late Father Amédée. I've always loved cooking since my teenage years and enjoy everything about it, it is something I've been passionate about for over a decade . I decided couple of years ago to start sharing my skills to the world. My goal is to make each and every one of my clients and their guests fall in love with my cooking, which is something I do at every single event whether it is with 10 guests or 400 guests.

We hired Amédée to cater our son’s Christening. From our first conversation, Laurence was professional, transparent and made me feel comfortable. Throughout the entire process, she was quick to respond and very accommodating. The food was amazing and my guests couldn’t stop raving about it. I recently attentiveness a party where Amédée catered! The chef herself is super sweet, professional, customer service is top notch! The food on the other hand. I can honestly say I’ve never had such great Haitian cuisine. I wish I could give her 100 stars.

MC Designs hired Amedeo Catering for my 30th Birthday (Brunch in Havana) and the food was delicious. My guests are still talking about how good the food was after almost a 1.5 years. Definitely recommend
