Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A nice casual conversation, where we get to know each other is always good. In addition to that picking their brain, seeing if we're on the same page when it comes to themes and aesthetics.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to school for video production, but I spent just as much time outside of the class practicing my skill sets and honing my craft.
How did you get started in this business?
I fell into it, my brother is a musician and he needed someone to shoot his content, this was at the time when I was undecided in school as to what my profession would be. Time progress and I became more passionate and more skillful as a creator.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All types, corporate, entrepreneurs, couples, families, musicians, artists, young and old.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
A friend created a charity event and hired me as the videographer. The event was a success and it was a joy seeing her pleased with the event and my work. The event directly helped families in need during the holiday season and the recap video helped create awareness for the charity event.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Provide as much preliminary information as possible. The more information we have, the better we can serve you.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Customers should focus on what message they want to convey to their audience. It's good to come to with ideas but if your idea does not really support your message it does nothing for your business.
