I like to talk to clients to get a feel for exactly what they want. I tailor every catering to each client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been cooking all of my life. I have been an assistant to catering chefs around the world (from USA to Austria, Italy and Northern Africa), and I have recently decided to venture out on my own.

I believe that I am more than reasonable. I do not feel you have to spend a lot of money for a good dining experience.
