Sherry Gelber is an accomplished, freelance makeup artist who has over 15 years of experience in the beauty industry. She has a passion for helping her clients put their best face forward and has consistently been in demand due to her professionalism and flare for makeup artistry. She specializes in doing makeup for special events including family portraits, bridal and engagement parties, proms, sweet 16, bar and bat mitzvah. One of her primary goals as a freelance makeup artist is to provide airbrush makeup application that is flawless and picture-perfect, whether it a natural or dramatic look. The quality products and techniques she uses help ensure a long-lasting finish with 24-hour satisfaction.
Career Accomplishment
Sherry began her career by training at Yarin Shahaf International Makeup Academy. Ever since she was a little girl, she had a deep passion for the beauty and glamor makeup provides for models, celebrities, and anyone wanting to enhance their appearance. As she delved deeper into the makeup artist industry, she decided to become a makeup trainer herself.
For the past 7 years, she has been teaching her unique techniques and tricks of the trade to beauty enthusiasts who are aspiring to break into the makeup industry. She also collaborates with several production companies working on projects that involve makeup for corporate commercial headshots and television shows in the US and internationally. One of her major accomplishments is being hired to do makeup for former US President, Mr. Bill Clinton.
