Welcome to Mr. Carter’s Table, where soulful creativity meets refined culinary excellence. My name is Fateen Carter known in the kitchen as Mr. Carter and I’ve spent a lifetime mastering the art of flavor.
From being featured on Food Network’s Chopped Sweets, baking custom cakes for celebrities, and appearing in magazines, to working under Gordon Ramsay and climbing every station in both savory and pastry kitchens, I bring unmatched experience and heart to the table. My journey began professionally in 2006 after graduating from Le Cordon Bleu, followed by advanced pastry training at the French Culinary Institute in 2008.
Over the years, I’ve worn every hat from line cook to executive pastry chef and now I’m turning the page to focus on what I do best: crafting intimate, unforgettable dining experiences as a private chef.
