What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

My customers are greeted with positivity and new ideas. If you would like a private lunch for a few, or a corporate event for many, we can work with your budget and dietary needs. Emailing me at [email protected] is the best way to get stared. This way we can plan a menu and get your event started.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Wolfies of Warwick is a family operated and run business. We have many years of food service and catering experience. We think outside the box and use our creativity and cullinary talents to create delicious special events. Many years of working in catering halls and kitchens around the United states (including the famous Playboy club) give Wolfies the unique edge to a great meal.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

On food, there is no standard pricing. There are so many variables to creating your special event. The only standard pricing we have in place now is for cakes for events.

There is a $30.00 cake set-up fee and the cakes are priced per slice. $4.00 per guest. Specialty cakes will be priced out accordingly.  If the cakes have nuts and berries or white or dark chocolate, special charges apply.

All of our cakes are baked in-house using fresh ingredients.

The carrot cake, N.Y. cheese cake and chocolate ganache cakes are truly exceptional.

How did you get started in this business?

Wolfies is a family run business. Sharing the passion for food with my parents is the key to it's success.

What types of customers have you worked with?

The catering side of Wolfies has a full range of customers. We have catered Communion parties, 1st birthday parties, feed churches and have catered weddings. There is no limit to what we can do.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

There is a church in our area that we catered a Passover dinner to. It was amazing. We served them gefilte fish, chopped chicken liver pate, brisket with gravy, roasted baby red potatoes, roasted carrots, Matzo ball soup and hummus, babaganoush and pickles. It was a fun and delicious event.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

My advice would be to make sure the food is fresh and ask how it will be presented to you. Is it a pan of hot macaroni? How does the food come to me? is is something I need to keep warm, and how do I do so?

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

A budget is clearly key. If you have a certain dollar amount you have in mind don't make it a mystery. I know that when I plan a party I like to hear what a customer expects to get out of their money. Can you get Brisket sandwiches on a Ham and cheese budget? No, but if you have something in mind, let us know. Maybe I can make you Brisket sliders. Something more snack-ish to get the taste of the brisket, then have more of something else that can fit your budget.
