I provide the upmost customer service. I make sure I meet the needs of my clients, I am with them every step of the way with any questions they may need answered. I think it is very important that as a cosmetologist professional that I listen to the needs and questions of my clients, it's one of the most important keys. I am very thorough in all I do.
The best way I enjoy my work is, that it isn't work for me. I absolutely love what I do...it brings me joy to change some one's outer appearance to bring more confidence to my clients

I always start out getting to know my client and find out what needs, need to be met and what questions they may ask. It is important to listen to your potential client.

How did you get started in this business?
I started doing hair when I was 9 years of age. My mother is a cosmetologist, so I grew up behind the chair. Its a love and a passion that I have so I don't see it as work.

All types of clients. Even had the chance to work on some celebrities and my biggest is working for NYFW

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Always ask as many questions you need answered. It's the key to having your pro be on the same page as you so the desired service can me delivered
