What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First there is a consult to determine what the client is looking for and ght logistics the will be existing, if necessary a site visit to work out any details necessary. I always arrive early to be ready for what ever the job may be. I work with the client on site and develop a working relationship and rapport thoughout the shoot. ONce the shoot is done in the case of an event i try to get a few photos out for immediate use and but them a fully edited digital downloand in print and web/social media resolution. In the case headshot or commercial a gallery is made available for the client to choose the final photos for edit. All editing is done by me so there are no hiddesn costs related to that.
