What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will have a phone conversation with the customer to ensure that we are a good match. Once we establish this match, I will have the customer fill out a questionnaire with important details of what they would like captured in their images. An online contract will follow for the customer to sign and at that time we will arrange for a digital deposit be made by the customer to retain the date of my photography services.
