What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
A serious customer has an idea of what style they are interested in getting, years of experience has taught me that a customer inquiring about many different hairstyles that are not similar in style is not ready to commit to having a style done.
It is best to have some sort of style idea before contacting a stylist, that way you eliminate wasting both yours and the stylists time.
