I am a plant based chef with the passion for creating delicious favorite foods with using only ingredients that grow from the earth. I use NO processed vegan meat and make all meals fresh and from scratch using base ingredients like nuts, legumes, grains, fruits, vegetables, and herbs. I offer beautifully designed charcuterie boards featuring my signature cashew cheese spread and marinated olives.
