What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always take the time to talk to my clients and find out as much about them as possible, I like to know how the wear their hair, is it up all the time, do they swim, what kind if any medical issues they have because medications may affect outcome of chemical services. I ask if they have ever had a reaction to color. Allergies to gluten so j use a gluten free shampoo and or color line. I give my full attention to them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Euphoria Institute of Beauty Arts and Sciences. I am certified in Hair Dreams Laser Nanotechnology Hair Extensions,as well as several other types of hair extensions, I am also certified in Brazillian Blowouts . I specialize in Color Corrections, blondes and Fantasy colored hair.

How did you get started in this business?
I am a Paralegal by trade that got bored and decided I needed a change of pace. I have always loved doing hair and at the age of 37 when most people are set in their careers, I went back to school for Cosmetology. Best decision ever.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with Celebrities, cancer patients, children, special needs adults and juveniles, and everyday men and women.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I enjoy donating my services to Project 150 a nonprofit organization that helps Homeless at at Risk youth and teens in our community. I have donated free hair cuts to students every summer for low income children. I believe no child should be made to feel bad on their first day of school if they can't afford a haircut.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Be respectful of my time and prices. I have spent a lot of money taking classes so that I can give you the best service possible.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Think about what you like, what you don't like, color choices, do you really want a change? If so how much of a change. If you want to be platinum blonde are you prepared to come in every 5-6 weeks for your root retouches? If you have hair extensions are you prepared to spend the extra money to keep them from being damaged? Can you maintain a vivid color or do you plan on swimming all summer?
