Kimchi Taco Truck is a fast-casual retail concept (launched 2010 in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn) serving Korean influenced dishes that is more approachable then your traditional Korean cuisine. The menu is a mash up of various common dishes (Taco, Quesadilla, Bowl, Nacho, Burrito, etc.) using Korean flavors and ingredients to make Korean food more accessible.
Years of roaming the streets and satisfying many taste buds, we enjoy seeing the excitment and smiles on every guest as they experience Korean flavors and unique dishes.
