What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually prefer to make voice contact with the client first and tell them about our business , and what we offer . We need to know the type of function ? How many persons we need to cater to . If the event is indoors or outdoors ? Do they require us to cook on site or deliver or pick up meals .. we try to get to know the customer and If they have a budget to work with ,we factor that into consideration , our clients likes and dislikes and if they are allergic to anything.
*Because our food is fresh to order we do require enough time to buy ingredients and prep. We also require a 50% non refundable deposit to book the date and the balance the day of the event.
