My name is veronica ,the owner of she hair salon I’m also a stylist for over 25 years, I’ve always been passionate about the art of hairstyling .As a license Cosmetologist I decided to open my own business in 2009 ,12 years later I’m proud to say I'm still in business , thanks to my loyal customers. She hair salon is rooted in the Crown Hights community.We have a team of diverse stylist that caters to all hair types and Services. i’m very big on inclusivity understanding and being mindful of the changes in our community. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first initial meeting and getting to know each other names . We will then have a consultation about The style you would like to achieve ,the condition of your hair . Do you have any allergies to type of products I will be using while doing your service . Getting to know your client is a very important step in a first time appointment .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed cosmetologist .I am certified in teaching class ,I've been listed in the power magazine for women of 2020 I've been in the hair business over 25 years . I own my own salon going on 12 years . I am a well oiled machine when I come to get your industry .
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I do have a standard pricing list ,which all customers will see upon entery of the salon ,we do not discuss price over the phone as every service is different and it's entirety.
How did you get started in this business?
12 years ago I opened my own business ,it was a dream and a long time goal of mine to own my own business so I worked very hard in achieving ,She Hair Salon witch is located in Crownhights Bklyn . We are an inclusive salon .
What types of customers have you worked with?
As I started before I pride my self on be an inclusive salon , we do all hair types and efnisity . We do Balayage , Haircuts , Dreads , perms ,wigs install. We work with all hair types .
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I love taking part in fashion week doing the models . I love to feel the adrenaline and exciting ,I love to be apart of all the art fashion and talent. I make it my business to work the shows on fashion week .
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Well for me I'm big on quality work ,good service and ambiance so I take all that in consideration on who I choose to give my business. Plus there is social media go and check out their work seeing is believing .

ask the question that relates to your service and Whatever concerns they might have , Be direct and ask all the questions that relates to your service .
