Hi, I’m Lyle Kahn, a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology with a BFA in Professional Photographic Illustration. Over the last 25 years, I have worked as a photographer, Art Director, and Print Print Production Manager. My passion has always been to create fine art, and visually appealing imagery to present facts, ideas, and concepts.
I can teach concepts for both film and digital photography from learning how to hold the camera to advanced concepts like photo-stitching. Clients included: Sports Illustrated, F. Schumacher & Co., The Topps Co. Inc., Abacus Entertainment, Millrose Music, EyeWear Magazine., Preston NY, Houlihan Lawrence
I enjoy everything about being a photographer! I love that photography is a service that is both creative and technical. Photography allows me to meet new people all the time and share my passion for creating images. How did you get started in this business?
I knew by age eleven, I wanted to be a professional photographer. When in high school I was offered a photography assignment photographing a Technical Conference at a nearby hotel through a relative. That experience solidified my aspirations to become a professional photographer.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have experience working with all kinds of customers. These include brides, moms & dads, corporate CEO's, accountants, lawyers, babies, children, magazine editors, small business owners, marketing & PR firms and charities.
