Photography and film have pretty much been my life. Years of experience in so many photo fields equip me to handle most photographic needs.
1. As a specialist in performing arts world wide, I cover all kinds of dance, music, drama events - in both photography and video.
2. Also the associated aspects eg. portraits, headshots, costume & set design, movie production etc.
3. All kinds of social and corporate events - from weddings to conferences.
4. Sports events. eg. Video of National Park Service: All-Women Lifeguard Tournament for many years.
5. Family, children, pets.
6. Street photography. Food photography. Fashion... and others.
I enjoy interacting with clients from all walks of life and am comfortable communicating with people from children to CEOs.
I am unobtrusive.
Spontaneity is important and I am good at candid (unposed) photography. Also able to organize and pose large groups.

As house photographer for a large theatre organization and freelancing for clients like Carnegie Hall, The Juilliard School, Lincoln Center, The New York Times etc. for many years - I have vast experience.
I have won several photographic awards including first prize in an International Travel Photographic Competition run by South African Airways, Nikon, and Nissan.
As a documentary filmmaker my film, NRITYAGRAM: For the Love of Dance, has been in 25 Film Festivals and won several awards and nominations.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communicate to find out what customer needs and anything pertaining to the job. Like to talk to client followed by email. Establish fees and terms. Meet at venue IF it is necessary beforehand.
