About
Choosing the right wedding officiant is one of the most important decisions you’ll make during the wedding planning process, because the way your ceremony feels will be something you and your families will remember forever. Brides and grooms often overlook the importance of the person actually conducting their wedding ceremony. They place great care in a place, date, and time, but do not consider the impact a wedding officaint can have on the out come of their ceremony.
I attended so many weddings and realized how few people actually pay attention to what the wedding officiant is saying. During the ceremony attendees are talking to each other or playing with their cell phones. Attendees are concerned with taking the best photo to post, the food, drinks and dancing. The most important part and main event is the ceremony. The main reason for this is the wedding officiant. The officiant is monotone and boring. The wording used sounds like something you heard a million times. They have to much or to little charcter. This is what made me want to become a wedding officant. I knew with my personality, unique style and vision people would listen, making it a moment to remember.
Your ceremony is where your marriage starts. It’s where it breathes life, it’s where it takes shape. It’s where you and your partner declare your love to each other and publicly share your intentions for your future lives together. It’s where you outline your choices, promises and goals for your future happiness and your future wellbeing and harmony. It’s where you soak up all of the love from your loved ones and celebrate your commitment with them by your side.
