I am Reverend Wayne K. Redman, and I currently serve as senior pastor of the First Church Baldwin, United Methodist Church in Baldwin New York. I have been an ordained minister since, 2016, and previously worked with congregations in the capacity as a Certified Lay Minister, and Certified Lay Servant for over twenty years, before becoming a member of the clergy. In August of 2021, I became a Certified NYS Chaplain, and have completed two units of Clinical Pastoral Education to expand my capacity to be of service to those challenged by mental and social disorders, as I firmly believe the call to serve others includes all of God’s children. For the past two decades, I've shared the awesome privilege of seeing couples confirm their love with their audience and partake in solidifying the moment. The beginning of their new life together has brought me much joy. I bring expertise and lovely expressions during my work as an Officiate. I've been afforded the opportunity to work with couples throughout the Tri-state and abroad. Every couple is still together and has increased their family circle.
