I didn't have no training or schooling regarding catering or cooking I have just been cooking in this field all my life for about 25 years this is my passion I love this and love to take my passion and toPut it forward and make someone happy for their special events.

Really it all depends on the events and type of food or services they would like from me typically I price per plate and if there's any extras meaning cleaning gas set up takedown.

How I got started with my business was just word-of-mouth it started out with friends and families and then went from there
