What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing I do is ask the customer what the message is, who they want it delivered to and what platform are they thinking of.
By asking this it allows me to help them get the most out of our time together.
I will never tell a clinet what to do but I will certainly use my years of experience to make suggestions, but in the end I do what the client wants.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30 years of video production experience. I started off in broadcast news and most recently I worked with the University of Cincinnati athletic department helping them produce video content for various social media platforms.

I don't have a set price list for my services. I work with the client and determine what the job entails before I come up with a bid. I've taken pictures for as low as $25.
How did you get started in this business?
I fell in love with advertising and somehow I ended up as a reporter for the CBS affiliate in Florence, South Carolina.
That got me started in "telling stories" and thats what taking pictures and video production is all about...telling a story or sending a message.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with car dealerships takong basic headshots of the employees and shooting promotional videos for thier customers.
A local business had not updated thier website in 7 years so I took on the project of completely rebuilding thier website from the ground up. That included employee pictures, graphics, and all of the copy. They had received a bid of $30,000 and turned it down, I did it for $2,500.
I will work with any business or individual that needs my services.
