Hello all! I've been doing hair my whole life but I started doing hair professionally since 2019. I'm a licensed Cosmetologist and I love helping educated my clients on maintain healthy hair care no matter what service they receive. I love doing color services and extensions. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers will be directed to my website to book appointment by choosing style, service time and then pay deposit. Simple, easy and takes less than 3 minutes to complete

Licenced through the Ohio cosmetology board
How did you get started in this business?
A good friend of mine who also has her own hair braiding business referred me to someone who is certified to provide me with a cosmetology license in braiding. I also enjoy helping others in as many ways as I can and since I've been knowing how to braid hair for years I thought to myself why not go into business for myself.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure you see some of their work, they have a professional website that's easy to use and most importantly a professional attitude.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What type of hair they need. The name and/ or picture of style they're looking for. Location of stylist to factor in travel time for the day of their appointment.
