What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I spend more time talking about their goals for their hair before we ever start the service to make sure they are comfortable with what I am going to do.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been licencenced for 27 years almost. I have had extensive training in all areas of hair. Just as an example- corrective color, basic color,advanced color, texturizing haircuts, texturized hair services, perming, advanced styling, advance cutting, waxing classes, creative color services, bridal styles, mens cutting techniques, short hair cut techniques. Customer service training, and I was also a salon manager for 19 years prior to my current position.

Basic womens haircut and style starts at 25$
Basic color service starts at 55$
Basic partial highlight starts at 65$
Basic full highlight starts at 80$
Mens cut and style starts at 20$
All facial waxing is 13$ per area
Corrective color starts at 150$
Fantasy color starts at 150$
Conditioning treatment is 13$

I started at a walk in salon in 1993 and moved up from there.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I recently save a client from a dissatisfied event with another stylist. She was so happy I could accommodate her she said I have a new client for life. That makes me so happy!!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure they know what you want and can achieve that before you start. A good stylist is not afraid to tell you no.
