I've been doing hair since I was 13. I've been licensed in the state of Ohio twice. First.when I was 19 and then again when I was 32. I'm also was a licensed cosmetology instructor. I worked at a beauty college for 10 1/2 years until the school closed its door in 2016.
I love helping people look good and feel good about their appearance.

How did you get started in this business?
I learned how to do hair from my mom. She wasn't licensed but she knew how to do some things. All she had to do was read the instructions.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All ethnicity. Black, Latino, Asian as well as white. I also have experience with bi-racial (mixed textures).
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I attended a virtual hair extension class. Learned to do itips, tape ins, and beaded sew ins.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Be as specific as possible. For example, shoulder length straight hair wanting an updo. For extensions, what kind?
