What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask many questions to know what exactly the client is trying to get. I take extra time and use visuals such as pictures to make sure we are on the same page to give the client the best I can.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed cosmetologist and I'm certified in tape in hair extensions.
