What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Before meeting a new client I like to take a good consultation. I normally book 15 mins extra so we can discuss hair history; what your expecting. And home maintenance. Which will be discussed quite often through out service

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Extensive color training, extensions and blowout courses.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

Color cans range from 55-200, blowouts are 160 and extensions are 350

How did you get started in this business?

I was working at a factory and realized I was spending to much time there and not enough at home with my kids. And so I went back to school. Realized I was pretty good at it, and it's taken off from there. I had so e schooling in graphic design. So it was just natural

What types of customers have you worked with?

Fashion models, big named artist! Photographer. My city mayor wife. Down to lovely mom and dads.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

I got the cover of Venus magazine! I did a models hair for am the photoshoot and we got the cover.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Make sure they have the education to back it up. And they give a great consultation. A lot of things can go wrong without a proper consultation.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

What you want, or at least a idea of what your looking for, pictures are always wonderful. It gives a visual of what the clone wants or needs.
