About
Chuck Nagy is a photographer who has been shooting photos professionally for just about 5 years. He specializes in both natural and flash photography, and loves to shoot different subjects - from people and food, to commercial and product photography. Chuck's journey with photography started back in 1985 when he was in vocational school for graphic design. It was there that he first got his hands on a 35mm camera, and it wasn't long before he fell in love with the art form, but life got in the way. After being furloughed from the railroad in 2020, Chuck picked up photography again and quickly re-discovered his passion for it. Today, Chuck shoots both personal and commercial work throughout Ohio, Michigan and beyond. Clients have included Motor City Harley Davidson, Motown Harley Davidson, Hatorando Sushi and Sports Bar, DoorDash, Dieselmatic, Talkiatry, and many more. He looks forward to helping you with your photographic needs.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a conversation via the phone. I think that is hard to get a sense of sometimes needs and personality through text and email. Communication and comfort are the two most important parts of my work. Making photos is the easy part.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a self trained photographer that started photographing in the mid 80s as an art student. Most recently I started self publishing a magazine that focuses on BMX. Shooting at large BMX events sparked an interest in capturing candid moments. Now, I am rarely without a camera.
