I will help with whatever needs done to make the house look as presentable as possible (with the time allotted). I work towards getting each listing sold as fast as possible and do by best for each agent. I am also trying to build my portfolio and website to the best it can be.
I have been doing this over 4 years and have taught myself a lot over the years. After marketing myself more and bettering my images I got busy enough to do what I love full time.
I have my part 107 license and am fully insured.

I love helping sellers and agents sell houses fast! I put a lot of time and energy into making each image as perfect as it can be. Seeing all of the beautiful houses is definitely a plus.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically they call or text me and ask what my rates are. After I tell them how I do everything we figure out the best time and day I can go and I meet them at the listing property. I go room to room and shoot all four angles (if I applicable) and any extra angels I feel would benefit and make the house stand out. Once finshed with the house I get their email address to send a link via dropbox and send them an invoice. This is all finished within 24 hours.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BFA in Fine Art Photography.
From doing this for over 4 years I have taught myself many things including how to make an image look amazing with the most natural light possible. I use artificial light VERY rarely and only if I absolutely need it.

Yes I do.
A house under 2,500 square feet is $125
A house over 2,500 square feet is $150
I will drive more than an hour but there is an extra $25 charge added
Aerial photography is $100 added onto a house but I will also do just Aerial images for $125
If someone needs a house description done it is $15 extra
Twilight photography is an additional $50
How did you get started in this business?
I facebook blasted anyone who said they were a realtor and I got very lucky and someone gave me a chance. From there is was a slow trickle of houses probably around 10-15 a year. Once I started improving my images and learning more skills along with marketing myself a lot more everything snowballed enough for me to go full time within the last 7 months.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all different kinds of clients but I have been very lucky and have a great friendship with most of them.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I have shot a lot of beautiful house lately. Honestly I cant pick just one I love.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Let us do what we know. If you have something specific you want just let me know and I will make sure I get it BUT I most likely already have/ planned on getting it
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
When the house needs to be shot and done editing by. If its raining a lot is there time to move a house back to shoot it ESPECIALLY if you need Aerial Photos done too.
