About
I've been cooking for large groups for roughly 10 years including church functions and FFA events and banquets. I've even done weddings for as many as 500 people. I recently started my own food trailer selling a variety of BBQ Dishes. We do all the traditional BBQ items and have several specialty BBQ items as well. We also provide a variety of sides and everything included in catering and event.
