What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a discussion prior to actually signing a contract to make sure I understand your vision and can meet your needs. Once we do our session, I usually send a sneak peek within 24hrs and I'll provide a private online gallery with edited photos within 2 weeks of completion.
