Greetings 👋 my name is Chef Chris. I have been a personal chef for five years here in the Portland Metro area. I am a self-taught chef as well as being under the close mentor training of a Chefpre-neur group with a renowned executive chef from Florida . I am originally from Honolulu, Hawaii born and raised. I live here in Oregon. My signature cuisine is primarily Hawaiian cuisine.. I can offer other cuisines as well. American and Italian some Asian fusion.
