We survey the party site and evaluate the house party quarters such as kitchens,
dinning and living rooms, patios, etc.
We plan the menu for the occasion with the host.
We create special menu and suggest the wine pairing for the courses.
After the menu and wine selection is approved by the host:
We buy all the food and wine
Prepare and execute the menu items
Serve the food and beverages to your guests
Treat every person as Royalty
Neatly pack all the food that was not served [if any]
Clean and leave the place spotless.

Master Chef Michael “Baffi” opened and executed food productions at “Cent’anni” Italian Restaurant in Pacific Palisades[LA], “Beach House Caffe”, “Bistro Baffi” in Seattle, ”Bistro More” in Meljine [Montenegro]. All of these are award winning restaurants and Chef Michael
is recognized as one of the best in the business. Chef Lerrin and Chef James are young and
very talented cooking stars with several years of Master Chefs training and experience!
