Mel catered a taco bar for vegans and omnivores for a work meeting. Everything was delicious, fresh, and great quality (Jackfruit Tinga. Yum.) Her attention to detail was fantastic. I especially appreciated her array of dips and salsas. As a long time vegetarian, I am used to having few options in that kind of situation, but she had many options for everyone. Thank you Mel!
