About
I'm a holistic and eco conscious hairstylist using holistic organic hair color and products. My passion is in curly, wavy and natural texture hair and hair color.
I love empowering curly guests and making them want to rock their natural textures! I'm also passionate about educating guests about the undesireable chemicals in many products and the importance of organic hair products in your health routine.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start each visit with a consultation and then proceed with color or cut as planned out. When dry cutting curly hair, I show and guide my guest through the cutting process. This is great because you see it transforming immediately! I will recommend at home hair care options to support your color or style.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For the last 30 years I’ve enjoyed continually strengthening my skills by attending various continuing education symposiums, online and hands on workshops. This stimulates my creativity AND keeps my clients current! I have trained under many of my industries strongest talents including:
Sam Villa- cutting
Oway- holistic hair color training
Bumble & bumble- hands on razor cutting and styling
Sally Hershberger- razor cut shag
Nick Arrojo- cutting
Wayne Grund- hands on razor cutting
Paul Mitchell- color
Larissa Love- balayage
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Yes, most pricing is standard, but sometimes additional charges do apply due to length, thickness or extra product use.
How did you get started in this business?
As a kid I hated my curly hair and was determined to get rid of it. Now I’m educating and helping build confidence in living life with curls! I started cosmetology school soon after graduation.
What types of customers have you worked with?
My clientele has included performers, TV personalities, models, professional athletes and lots of real people.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Recent camping with friends at Oregon country fair was spectacular.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
First, keep your hair type in mind; course, fine, thin, curly. You have to be realistic.
Second thing to consider is the cost, maintenance and upkeep.
