What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a New customer we have a conversation over the phone to figure out their goals. I asked them a couple questions and then typically I take it from there. But it really depends on the level of production we need to do but an email or phone call and then we can go from there
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been producing videos for over 25 years I’ve done everything from TV shows TV commercials corporate events pretty much you name it I’ve done it.And when a client reaches out to me for a specific video
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
As far as filming my prices for one camera shoot for up to three hours is $300
Editing is traditionally $50 an hour
A drone shoot is traditionally $300 for up to two hour
How did you get started in this business?
I started in video production with a family business that was a marketing company with Video and House then I went on my own I’m in doing video all my life
What types of customers have you worked with?
Over the years I’ve worked with corporate America ,TV stations ,mom and pop companies.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
My advice is to give me a call and then after I ask you a couple questions and find out what you need I could show you specific videos that relate to the project
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
When dealing with the production company call them over the phone and ask them questions find out their experience let them show you some of their work and then typically I would ask questions that relate to the project and then together we can figure out how to make it successful
