What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A typical customer that I haven’t met yet we talk over the phone or email each other or sometimes text once they’re comfortable we set up a time for us to talk over the phone . Once were both comfortable I put the date on the calendar making sure I know everything they would like to accomplish and then I going to editing if needed
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education was right after high school working for a family business which consist of TV shows corporate videos TV commercials and marketing videos

Typical filming prices are hundred dollars an hour
Editing is $60 an hour

Right out of high school I worked for family busis

Type of customers I’ve worked with in the last 20 years national corporate clients local corporate clients car dealers mom-and-pop shops also families such as dance recital’s pretty much I worked with everyone

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Advice I would give someone that’s looking for a pro such as myself is find something online that you like send the pro a link so they can explain to you if they have the talent to do that and specially send you a link of example they have done in the past
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
I like when the customer sends me a link of something they like from YouTube this way there’s no miss communication it’s easy to talk to the customer on both of us have seen the same video even know it won’t be exact at least puts Assam the same page
