What types of customers have you worked with?
Good customers and not so gook customers. Customers that were easy to please, and customers that were not so easy to please.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
As a favor I photographed the family reunion of a friend. The Matriarch of the family was 90 years old. We photographed all the family that was there and there was a lot of them. Her children, grands, great grands, great greats, and great great great grands. There was only a few people from her family that was missing. She was so pleased with the album she cried.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Check his personality, his appearence. Ask him to show you samples of the type of work you are looking for. See if he is priced reasonably for that type of photography. See if the photographer can work within your budget rather than increasing with add-ons.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
The customer should have a good idea of how much they can afford for the photography they want. This will help them to avoid buyers remorse.
