What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I take consultations very serious and value the info info shared within to ensure the needs of every client are exceeded! Consultations can be done virtually and last abt 15 minutes and are FREE!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a 30+ vet of the industry, I have a wealth of knowledge as it pertains to healthy hair & scalp. Keeping up with the trends I am able to meet your fashion goals and dreams with quick and low maintenance styling options at affordable prices and flexible appointments.
How did you get started in this business?
My 1st babysitter was a hairstylist and without even trying I was fully immersed into the industry and taking my own clients by age 11! I dream hair styles and have always had a passion to excel and meet the beauty needs of those I service.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I start at 4 yo and have done every age and stage in between. From red carpet to the boardroom, from law enforcement to the educator to the housewife - I aim too make everyone feel and look their personal best!
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Closing my Philly location to relocate to NJ. After 7 successful years in that location I know (pandemic aside) that I won't see some of my former clients ever again & I will miss them terribly!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Find a connection. Don't look at the likes or the lack thereof. When you connect with a person them meeting needs comes easy because the opportunities to share and explain them are done in a warm inviting space.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What they want most - affordability, a trendy look, or just something that fits their lifestyle for the moment. Being able to communicate what is most important to them about their service needs is VITAL - it gives both the client and stylist a foundation to build upon and based upon the communication both spoken and unspoken a relationship can move forward or a referral can be shared.
