What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get to know my customers and their needs prior to photographing them. Sessions are fun and relaxed. After each professional headshot session, we review the proofs to ensure each individual has headshots they love and will be proud of using. Proofs for personal branding sessions are posted on my website and password protected for individuals to view in privacy. We meet in person or via Zoom to review the proofs and discuss selection of images a few days after the session.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Numerous classes and tons of reading and hard work. Practice, pratice and more practice.

How did you get started in this business?
Photography has been a passion since early childhood. I love working with people and I love photography and brand strategy. Together, they complete my identitfy as a photographer.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Talk to the photographer and get to know them to ensure he/she is a good fit personality and review their work to be sure they offer high quality images and good service.
