What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client I enjoy taking the time to get to know them. As soon as you step into the salon you're sure to be greeted by myself or other employees, offered coffee/tea/hot chocolate or water and relax in the waiting room (for no more than 5 minutes) while we set up our station.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Our pricing has a starting price. Length/density will add another $10-$20 to the service. Any extra mixing for color services will also be additional $10. New hair clients receive 20% off the first service and receive 20% off during their birthday month! Hair clients receive 10% off their next appointment when they book before they leave and honor their appointment date and time.
