What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
More than anything I strive to understand and meet the needs and expectations of the people who hire me. My favorite way to interact is an initial phone call with a client. That way we are able to understand each other's personalities and a description of needs. After that I strongly recommend an email thread so that all correspondance is in writing and always have a reference 24/7. I will email a contract and I require 30% deposit after booking a date.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I majored in Audio Engineering Technology from Belmont in 2012 and have been working as a professional audio engineer, videographer, and photographer since 2010.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I treat every client as a custom experience. While my pricing reflects a professional premium seravice, I will use my experience to quote the most accurate price for what it will take for me to fully cover a project. For example, if an event requires extensive travelling, I will quote for travel expenses, or if a video project requires a separate hard purchase, I will included that in a quote.
