Describe a recent event you are fond of.
They are all fond memories due to meeting an array of clientel, but Our most favorite recent shoot was the eclipse which occured right over where we are based.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Give the professional a benefit of a doubt, just because they are the cheapest or one of them doesn't always mean you'll get unprofessional work. Meet with the pro to discuss your excact needs and expectations. Look at their work, ask any questions you may have, and address any thoughts or concerns you may have.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
if they are looking for suggestions then the main question should be "Where do you like to shoot?"
"Can I create a personal package?" is another good question, most photographers would be open to compromise to keep the client happy.
"How long does it take to get our final product?" is an important question most products should take no longer then a week or two to be finished, anything longer then that and the professional is either stalling to give you unprofessional work or they've run off with your money and don't expect to deliver your pictures.
"What type of products do you offer?" when dealing with photos you should have a choice between, Prints (hard copies), or digital (flashdrive, disk or downloadable format).
