I have been a professional chef for over 36 yrs. I am experienced in culinary stylings from fast causal to fine dining. I was formally trained in french techniques during my tenure at a “leading hotel of the world” site in manhattan NYC. I specialize in French Caribbean fusion. For the last 6 yrs I have been Owner/Managing Director of personal chef services firm in the Nashville/Atlanta Metro areas respectively clients have included Emory, David Lipscomb University, Lipscomb Academy, Nissan North America, The Tennessee Titans NFL, Bridgestone Americas HQ, Hilton/Sigma management LLC.
