We are the ONLY on-site Performing Chef and Catering service in the Great Smoky Mountains and surrounding areas! All meal creations are made from scratch and farm to table. We also take pride in that we create a personalized menu for every client for ANY event. From dinners for 2 or 200 we bring a dining experience NOT just a catered service!

I love being able to create a ENTERTAINING dining experience for our guests, rather than just a catered meal in their home or vacation cabin here in the Great Smoky Mountains of Tennessee. We combime farm to table ingrediants with scratch made quisine as well as a persomalized menu for EVERY client. They say...when you have a passion for what you do...you never feel like it's a job!
